First Class Mail (3-7 business days)

Priority Mail (2-3 business days) - Tracking number included - Insurance is optional.
All first-time team orders of 10 or more bows receive FREE Priority Mail, Insured shipping. (shipping will be refunded)
All orders over $200 are Insured (Signature required at time of delivery)

- We are not held responsible for damage, delay, or other issues with the USPS.
- No returns or exchanges are accepted
- In the event you need your order faster than our current production time, a rush order fee of $25 will be charged.

Ponytail Holder Guarantee....
Even though we use an awesome thick ponytail holder, they will occasionally break. In the event of a pony breaking, we will fix it! You are responsible for paying shipping costs both ways. Please contact us, then mail the bow(s) back to us at :
