Shipping & Returns
Most custom cheerleading orders take 2 weeks from receipt to complete and ship. During peak season, your order might take longer, however, I have always worked with my customers and if you will give me a need by date, I can 99% of the time, get your order to you by that date.
All custom cheerleading orders that are needed in less than 2 weeks, are charged a $25.00 rush order fee.
I ship USPS Priority mail, with a delivery confirmation number. Overnight Express shipping is also offered, at an extra cost to the customer.
Return Policy :
There are no returns. These are custom made hairbows, made to your specifications when you order. Because of this, we can accept no returns.
