It has a base layer of 3" ribbon, Covered on half with a metallic fabric of your choice . The other half has a large swirl in the same metallic fabric , and a smaller swirl in another metallic fabric of your choice. To top it off, the solid 'tail' is tipped with rhinestones for untilmate glitz!!
